Zach Riley
Arborist, Licensed Tree Expert

Zach has been part of the A-AAA for more than 10 years. He started as a member of the crew and worked his way up to become a foreman. Today, Zach also splits his time working as an estimator. When he isn’t on the job, you can find Zach spending time with his girlfriend and watching the Orioles and Ravens.
Dualvin Lopez
Arborist, Foreman and Estimator
Dualvin has nearly 10 years of experience in the tree care industry and has spent much of that with us at A-AAA Tree Service. He started with our company as a tree climber and has since “climbed” his way up to become a foreman and a trusted estimator. In his spare time, Dualvin loves watching soccer and cheering on his team, Real Madrid.
Jim York
Foreman/Arborist
Jim is new to A-AAA Tree Service, graduating from Mt St Joseph High School and attending the University of Maryland. When not in the field, Jim enjoys camping, fishing, surfing and sports. When asked what he enjoys most about his new role, he says, “provide excellent service and a positive experience to our customers”.
Marcee Senker
Owner/Arborist/ Licensed Tree Expert (LTE #: 2879)
Marcee helps manage the day-to-day operations at A-AAA Tree Service – supporting the team with scheduling, office coordination, and crew check-ins. She’s been learning the business hands-on while still bringing the same level of care, structure, and follow-through that defined her 31-year career in education.
Before joining A-AAA full-time, Marcee worked as a special education teacher in a self-contained classroom, specializing in students with autism spectrum disorder. She holds degrees from Kent State University and Loyola University and spent over 10 summers as a guidance counselor at the overnight camp she attended as a child, and also where she met Andrew.
Outside of work, Marcee enjoys yoga, walking the dogs, and spending time with her family and friends.
Andrew Senker
Owner/Arborist/ Licensed Tree Expert (LTE #: 2867)
Andrew leads A-AAA Tree Service with a focus on doing the job right and treating people with respect. Before stepping into the tree care industry, he spent nearly 20 years running an IT and project management consulting firm – experience that now helps him keep the business organized, responsive, and customer-focused.
What he enjoys most about this work is simple: the people. He’s hands-on with the business and takes the time to talk with homeowners, understand their concerns, and build lasting relationships. His goal is to make A-AAA the kind of company people want to work with – one that’s known just as much for how it treats people as for the quality of its work.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys cooking, photography, working with his hands, and spending time with his wife, three adult children, and two dogs.
